The Relaxation Journal is a software program for the
IBM PC that allows you to record your stress level and
what you have done during the month to reduce stress.

This Multi-Person version allows an unlimited number of
persons to keep track of their stress on a PC.

It is easy to use. The software will help you find out what you
need to do to reduce stress in your life
. Thus, living a
longer, healthier life.

Requires the use of a PC with Windows/XP and 256MB ram and
10MB of disk space, VGA monitor with resolution of at least 800x600.

Information is immediately displayed graphically and numerically
so you know how your fight against stress is doing.



The higher the Blue bars (in each of the days), the more stress in your life. You
can see instantly how stressful your week and month have
been. You can also tell if taking up yoga (or any activity)
is helping you reduce stress.

Green dots mean you are doing good, yellow means so-so, and
red dots means you are doing poorly.

Your average stress level is tracked and the progress in reducing your
stress level is also tracked by week and by month.

The key to a longer, healthier life is the reduction of stress.
To reduce stress, you need to know what helps you. The
Relaxation Journal tells you what works.


The name list screen allows you to switch between
people using the Relaxation Journal. A great way
to include your spouse in your stress reduction program.
