Functions

Time
The time and date are always displayed when the Yogi Time program is running.
Timer
The Main Timer is started by tapping the Timer Button.
If time is entered for the Interval Timer it is also started
when the Timer Button is tapped. up to four different times can be
save for the timer. This allows you to easily and quickly use the timer function.
The timer is entered in minutes and the interval timer is entered in seconds.
For example, for a twenty minute session where you want to hold the yoga position for 90 seconds,
you would enter 20 for "How Long" and 90 for "Interval" questions.
The Pie Chart show the progress of the Timer and the
Bar Chart show the progress of the Interval Timer.
Stop Watch
The Stop Watch is started by tapping the Stop Watch Button.
A history of times is kept for the stop watch and comments
may be added to the stop watch times.
System requirements
- Palm OS 3.0 or higher
- Palm Treo or PDA
- Ram 388K for program
Sounds
If you have Palm v6.0 or later you can set the two alarms
from your choice of sounds:
Bird, Dolphin, Donkey, Duck, Gong, Rooster, Whale
or eight different beeps.
If you do not have Palm v6.0 you can set the alarms to eight different beeps.
